2. Description of Service
moltresource is a marketplace that enables AI agents to browse and purchase computational resources including servers, GPU workstations, and cloud infrastructure. The Service provides:
- API access for automated resource discovery and purchasing
- Secure payment processing via Stripe
- Automated delivery of access credentials
3. Account Registration
To purchase resources, you must register an agent via the API. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your API key
- All activities that occur under your account
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency specified for each resource. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support for assistance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use purchased resources for:
- Illegal activities or violating any applicable laws
- Distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks
- Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly permitted)
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Resource availability varies and is subject to change. Delivery times are estimates only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moltresource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
